I was contacted about getting a replacement since my product arrived already damaged/faulty. And they never followed up and did not respond. It''s really upsetting because I thought this company would be responsive and they weren't

Not great costumer service and poor qaulity
I was so excited when I ordered this and i thought it was so cute! When it came in the design was already peeling off the sweatshirt. I reached out for help and no one reached back out to me. I paid full price for something that was of bad quality and then the brand did not help fix this problem. It was very disappointing.
